How FullClass bills you

How FullClass bills you

FullClass charges you a flat fee for your plan. Every plan has every feature. Plans differ only in how many spots you can schedule each calendar month. A spot is one place on an event you schedule. A class with twelve places is twelve spots, counted across all your locations, whether or not they sell. Pick the plan that fits how busy you are, and move up or down at any time. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, so you pay nothing until it ends. Pay yearly and you get two months free.

Plan Monthly price (USD) Scheduled spots per month
Lite $5 Up to 100 spots.
Starter $20 Up to 600 spots.
Growth $59 Up to 2,000 spots.
Pro $129 Up to 5,000 spots.
Enterprise Custom For more than 5,000 spots, contact sales.

You pay the same flat price whether the month is quiet or busy. Going over your plan's spot limit never blocks a booking. If the events you schedule in a month would go over your plan's limit, you are asked to move up a plan when you create the event, not when a customer books. Staff users, locations and features are unlimited and included. You are never charged extra for them, and none of them are held back. Your plan and recent invoices are on the billing page.

Monthly or annual. New studios start on monthly billing. You pay $0 during the 30-day free trial, so there is nothing to commit to up front. A few days before your trial ends, we email you a reminder with the option to switch to annual billing and get two months free (you pay for ten months, not twelve). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time under Settings → Billing. A switch to annual is charged on the day you make it, less the unused part of your current month, and your billing year starts that day. A switch to monthly starts monthly billing that day, and the unused part of your year pays your next monthly invoices. Your plan and features stay exactly the same.

When your card is about to expire. If the card we charge for your plan will have expired by your next payment, we email your billing contact about 30 days before that payment. The email names the card and the payment date, and is sent once for each card. The same warning shows under your card on Settings → Billing. Choose Manage payment method there to add the new card. Do this even if your bank sends you a replacement card, because we can only charge a card that is saved to your account.

Before an annual charge. On annual billing, we email your billing contact before every full-year charge. That is a week before your free trial ends, and 30 days before each yearly renewal. The email names the plan, the amount, the date and the card we will charge, and links to Settings → Billing, where you can change plan, update the card or cancel. Cancel before that date and you are not charged.

VAT in the EU and the UK. Our prices exclude tax, as the Terms of Service explain. Studios in the EU and the UK are billed under the reverse charge, so you account for the VAT yourself. An EU studio must give a valid VAT number, and signing up asks for it. A UK studio's number is optional. Your invoices show your VAT number and the words "reverse charge". To add or change it, go to Settings → Billing (owner only). We check an EU number with the EU's VIES register and a UK one with HMRC, and show the result next to it. If the register does not recognize the number, check it and save it again. Your account keeps working, and a banner reminds you until the number is fixed.

Cancelling. Only the owner can cancel, under Settings → Billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, not straight away. You keep full access until that date, and the billing page and the confirmation email both show it. If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you are never charged at all. The subscription simply ends when the trial does. Either way, your bookings, customers and records are kept for 30 days after the subscription ends. If you subscribe again within those 30 days, your studio comes straight back exactly as it was. After that they are deleted from our systems, and backup copies are erased within a further 60 days. We keep our own record of what we billed you, as the law requires. Deletion cannot be undone, and support cannot recover your data. The billing page and an email to the owner and the billing contact give the date beforehand. We email the owner and the billing contact to confirm, with a link to undo it, so a cancellation nobody meant to make does not pass unnoticed. On the end date your booking page goes offline and the admin locks.
