Launch in nine steps
If you do nothing else, follow this order. The setup checklist on your dashboard follows the same steps and ticks them off as you go.
- General settings: your business name, website, contact and billing details, timezone and currency.
- Branding: your logo and colors, so your booking page looks like you.
- Locations: the full address and timezone of each place you teach, and its tax rates if you charge tax.
- Classes: what you teach, with its price, number of spots, length, waivers and reminders. You set each one up once and reuse it.
- Events: the real dates and times a class runs, with the instructor, the number of spots, and when booking opens and closes.
- Payments: connect Square or Stripe before you sell paid classes.
- Open your booking page: copy its link from the Getting started page (owners only), or add the widget to your website.
- Test bookings: make one unpaid booking and, if you charge, one paid one. Take each all the way to the confirmation email.
- Share and keep an eye on it: share your link, then watch your bookings, reports and activity log.
Words you will see
- Spot
- One place in a class for one person. A class with room for 12 has 12 spots.
- Class
- Something you teach, like "Beginner Pottery". You set its description, price, number of spots and length once, and reuse it every time it runs.
- Event
- One date and time when a class runs. Customers book an event.
- Booking
- One or more spots on an event, bought by one customer. It shows who is coming, what they paid and anything extra they added.
- Customer
- A person who has booked with you. FullClass recognizes them by their email address and keeps their contact details and booking history together.
- Booking page
- Your ready-made page where customers see your classes and book. You can share its link anywhere, with no website needed.
- Widget
- A booking box you can add to your own website, so customers book without leaving it.
