FullClass is a booking service for independent studios. Studios publish their own classes, events, descriptions and images on booking pages that FullClass hosts. Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), that makes FullClass a hosting service. This page gives the information the Act asks a hosting service to publish.
FullClass is operated by DevShop Software Inc., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada. Its registered details are in our legal notice.
Authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can contact us directly at [email protected]. Please write in English. We also accept messages in any other official language of the EU and translate them.
We have appointed Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep) as our legal representative in the EU under Article 13 of the Digital Services Act. Authorities of EU member states, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us through DataRep:
Address letters to “DataRep”, not to FullClass, or they may not reach DataRep, and name FullClass in your letter. DataRep handles Digital Services Act matters only. For anything else, use the other contact points on this page.
Studios and their customers can reach us by email at [email protected] or through our contact form. A person reads and answers every message. We do not rely only on automated tools.
Questions about a class, a booking or a refund are best sent to the studio itself, because each studio runs its own listings and bookings.
If you believe a listing, image or other content on a FullClass booking page is illegal, report it with our illegal content report form. Every booking page links to it. Tell us where the content is, why you believe it is illegal, and how we can reach you, and confirm that you are reporting in good faith.
We confirm that we received your report and review it promptly, carefully and objectively. A person makes every decision. We do not use automated tools to find or decide on content.
We tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict a studio's content, or suspend its account, we tell the studio what we did, why, and how to ask us to look at it again, unless the law prevents us from telling them. You and the studio can both reply to our message to ask for a second review, and either of you can take the matter to court.
If we become aware of information suggesting that a criminal offense involving a threat to someone's life or safety has taken place, is taking place or is likely to take place, we inform the law enforcement or judicial authorities of the member state concerned.
What studios may publish, and what we may do about content that breaks the rules, is set out in Section 5A of our Terms of Service.
